I am currently a student at UBC in the Applied Animal Biology program and hope to graduate with a degree in animal welfare. I also volunteer with VOKRA taking care of the feral cats living at the Barn Sanctuary as well as helping out with the kittens and new moms at VOKRA's main shelter. I've always had a soft spot for cats and kittens and have had quite the pride in the past, and even now. I've recently added a tabby kitten to my brood by the name of Astro. She enjoys bugging my two 5 year old feral rescues (Pinnie and Scary) who patiently put up with her and can occaisionally be caught sneaking in a snuggle with her. Pinnie is a beautiul medium-haired lynx flame point (or so I'm told she is called) with blue eyes and her brother Scary is a handsome solid black medium-hair with beatiful green eyes.
